1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkr339 platform, including its website available at pkr339.cam (the "Platform"), all associated content, tools, features and services provided therein.

pkr339 is an independent online betting and live casino information platform. It provides educational content about sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — live casino game categories, payment method guidance and responsible gambling practices. pkr339 does not itself operate as a licensed bookmaker, casino, payment processor or financial institution. It does not accept wagers or hold user funds in any capacity.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing the Platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

4.Account Eligibility

Use of the Platform is restricted to eligible Users who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to the Third-Party Platform you intend to access. pkr339 operates an adults-only policy without exception. Gambling-related content is not directed at minors.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform — and any Third-Party Platform referenced therein — complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. In Pakistan, the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and associated regulations impose restrictions on gambling activities. pkr339 does not make any representation that access to this Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or equivalent restriction imposed by any gambling operator or regulatory scheme that would prohibit your interaction with gambling-related content.
• Single Account: Where account registration is available, each individual User may hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

5.Account Registration

Where the Platform offers registered account functionality, the following conditions apply to registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pkr339 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
• You must notify pkr339 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
• Account information must be kept up to date. If your personal details change — including your contact email — you are responsible for updating them promptly.
• pkr339 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, where it determines that eligibility criteria have not been or are no longer met.

6.Permitted Use

The Platform is made available exclusively for lawful, personal and non-commercial informational use. Permitted uses include:

• Accessing and reading educational content about sports betting, live casino games, payment methods and responsible gambling practices;
• Using the Platform's navigation, search and filtering tools to locate relevant content;
• Reading bonus descriptions, wagering requirement summaries and payment method guides for informational purposes;
• Accessing responsible gambling resources and guidance provided on the Platform;
• Contacting pkr339 support through available Help Centre channels for queries relating to Platform content.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or the applicable higher minimum age;
• Providing false, forged or misleading identity information during registration or at any time thereafter;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, age verification systems or access controls;
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers or other software to extract data from the Platform in bulk without express written authorisation;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, systems or networks;
• Uploading, posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing content through any Platform communication channel;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financially criminal activity in connection with any Third-Party Platform referenced by pkr339;
• Reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content on the Platform without prior written consent from pkr339;
• Impersonating any individual, company or entity in connection with use of the Platform.

8.Deposits & Payments

pkr339 does not process, handle or facilitate deposits or financial transactions of any kind. All deposit and payment guidance on the Platform is strictly informational and educational in nature.

References to payment methods familiar in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers, and major commercial banks such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are made solely to provide contextual familiarity for Pakistani users. These references:

• Do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any named payment provider;
• Do not imply that any named payment provider permits gambling transactions — Users must verify this independently with the relevant provider and under applicable law;
• Do not guarantee that any specific payment method is currently accepted by any Third-Party Platform — always check the live cashier of the relevant operator.

9.Withdrawals

12.Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Content on the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction or distribution of Content for commercial purposes;
• Modification, adaptation or creation of derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or service;
• Systematic downloading or scraping of Content in bulk.

Any use of pkr339 Content beyond the scope of this limited licence requires express prior written authorisation from pkr339. Unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement and could expose you to legal liability.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr339 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content therein;
• Any reliance placed on bonus figures, wagering examples, payment guides or any other illustrative content published on the Platform;
• Financial loss sustained through gambling with any Third-Party Platform referenced in pkr339 content;
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any Content, including outdated bonus terms or changed payment method availability;

pkr339 provides all Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

14.Termination

pkr339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice and without liability, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity in connection with the Platform;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Failure to meet or maintain account eligibility criteria;
• At pkr339's sole discretion, for any other reason that pkr339 considers appropriate in order to protect the Platform, its Users or its operational integrity.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, disclaimers and governing law — shall continue to apply.

15.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr339 is incorporated and operates, which shall be specified in the full legal notice available on the Platform.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan are reminded that gambling activities may be regulated or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. These Terms do not override, supersede or modify any obligations Users may have under Pakistani law or the laws of any other jurisdiction applicable to them.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which pkr339 is incorporated, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection law.

16.Amendments to These Terms

pkr339 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, pkr339 will take reasonable steps to notify Users — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to registered account holders — prior to or upon the effective date of the change.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform.
